Pascal Clement's first break was being brought up in the heart of the Côte d’Or, in the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune. This is a very short drive to Meursault, where he was able to land a job with Coche-Dury! There, he worked as Coche’s right-hand man, raising vines and making wine alongside the great master.The advantage of working with Coche goes well beyond absorbing his wisdom. It also opens doors. When he left Coche to set up his own shop in 2012, he found 15 small vine-holders who were happy to work with him. Ever since, Pascal has farmed these plots himself, producing wine under his own name.
