"The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Quartz is very seductive, with a rich blend of spicy herbs and grapefruit peel underlined by a cooling hint of white smoke. It is powerful and smooth with medium body and a pretty inner sweetness that borders on decadence but is balanced by a bracing core of zesty acidity. Candied lemon and lime resonate, while a touch of salty minerality and chalk dust provide a perfect contrast. Like most Quartz vintages, this wine will age well over the medium term. Still, there's no harm in enjoying it now in this wonderful primary state." -Vinous
