"Domaine Yvon Vocoret is a small family estate dating back to 1713. The label states 'Qualite, Noblesse, Respect du Terroir'. A generous Chablis in 2021 with fleshy notes of apple and pear fruit with a touch of peach adding more weight and ripeness. This is all kept fresh by a fine line of acidity. Clean, modern and juicy on the palate, this will appeal to both Chablis lovers and those who like a slightly richer style of Chardonnay."
