A natural wine from the biodynamic Rheinhessen vineyard of Bastian and Gianna Beny, this is mash-fermented Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc aged 10 months on the lees in used barrel with no filtering or fining. Hand-harvested grapes ferment with ambient yeast and receive minimal sulfur intervention—a raw, expressive approach that captures the mineral soul of their decomposed granite vineyard soil.
