Château des Quarts, founded by Olivier Merlin and Dominique Lafon, crafts L’Orangerie from young Chardonnay vines planted in 2015 on limestone-clay soils in Chaintré. The southeast-facing plateau site sits at 230 meters and reflects the freshness of Pouilly-Fuissé’s newly designated Premier Cru terroirs.

The 2022 was direct-pressed, fermented and aged 12 months in oak followed by 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled lightly filtered, it delivers citrus brightness, saline energy, and refined length.
