Portazuelo, Itata, Chile. 100% País from the family’s parcels of 200-year-old own-rooted vines. The grapes are destemmed and macerated on the skins and ferment with native yeasts for 15 days in stainless steel tank. Lomas de Llahuen is the name for wines made in the traditional Pipeño style with the fruit from old vines in Portazuelo that have been in Gustavo Riffo’s family for many years.
