A méthode traditionnelle cider from one of Normandy's most storied producers—the Dupont family has worked the land in the Pays d'Auge for over 300 years, with archives tracing to 1703. Named for Etienne Dupont's mother, who represented the fourth generation behind the creation of the AOC Pays d'Auge. Fermented on the lees for at least 12 months before disgorgement, this is cider made like Champagne: precise, elegant, with fine mousse and genuine complexity. A world apart from commercial ciders.
