Clos du Mont-Olivet’s 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape is built around 75% old-vine Grenache, with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and other traditional varieties. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete, it’s aged in a mix of foudres, old barrels, and tank, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The wine is deep and aromatic, showing classic notes of dark fruit, herbs, and spice. A traditional, age-worthy Southern Rhône blend with balance and depth.
