Unless you consider yourself somewhat of an expert in Burgundy, you may not have even heard of Cote Chalonnaise before today. 

That's okay! In fact, it's what makes these wines so special. Even the best-known villages within this region are not that well-known. 

Its low profile is what allows the wines to offer so much value. Wines from Cote Chalonnaise are incredible, exemplary expressions of terroir and finesse--like most great wine from Burgundy. But, here, they are offered with a bit more humility and a bit less cost.
