What is this wine?
Domaine Henri Boillot is one of Burgundy’s benchmark producers, especially renowned for crystalline, terroir-driven whites from the Côte de Beaune. Les Perrières is Meursault’s most celebrated premier cru—often described as “grand cru in all but name”—thanks to its limestone-rich soils that yield Chardonnay of tension, elegance, and great aging capacity. The 2017 vintage was a classic year for white Burgundy, producing fresh, precise wines with excellent balance after the warmer 2015 and 2016 vintages.
