Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux, based in Vosne-Romanée and led by Charles Lachaux, has become one of the most in-demand names in Burgundy, thanks to meticulous biodynamic farming and distinctive whole-cluster winemaking. Les Poisets is a village-level lieu-dit in Nuits-Saint-Georges, located just below the premier cru Les Cailles. With clay-limestone soils and excellent exposition, it consistently produces wines of structure and energy. The 2019 vintage was exceptional, delivering concentrated, balanced reds with excellent aging potential.

What does this wine taste like?
Red cherry, raspberry, and plum with rose petal, spice, and a subtle herbal lift from whole clusters. Silky yet energetic, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a long, mineral finish.

Best 2024–2035. Decant if drinking young. Perfect with roast chicken, duck, or mushroom dishes.
