Caymus Vineyards’ 1979 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection in magnum (1.5 L) is a landmark vintage from the estate’s legendary Rutherford vineyards. Made from meticulously farmed, low-yield Cabernet, it was aged in French oak, producing concentrated structure and classic Rutherford dust minerality.

Decades of cellaring have developed complex tertiary notes of dried black cherry, cassis, tobacco, leather, and subtle cedar, while the palate remains structured with velvety tannins and vibrant acidity. A rare, collectible expression of historic Napa Cabernet in large format.
