What is this wine?
Bibi Graetz, based in Fiesole overlooking Florence, is one of Tuscany’s most creative and unconventional winemakers. Casamatta (“crazy house”) is his entry-level line, offering fresh, accessible wines that reflect Tuscan character. The Casamatta Bianco is made primarily from Vermentino, sourced from coastal vineyards, fermented in stainless steel for a crisp, fruit-forward style. The 2021 vintage brought clean, vibrant whites with Mediterranean freshness.
