Jean-Marie Berrux’s Bourgogne Blanc “Le Petit Têtu” 2022 is a pure, organically farmed Chardonnay from vineyards in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Berrux, the natural-wine-minded vigneron behind the micro-domaine Le Têtu, works with minimal intervention—native yeast fermentation, no fining or filtering, and only a small dose of sulfur at bottling. The wine is aged on lees in neutral French oak barrels, yielding a beautifully balanced Chardonnay that marries freshness with texture.
