Remoortere’s Menetou-Salon Pinot Noir 2023 is a fresh, elegant red from the eastern Loire Valley, near Sancerre. The Remoortere family farms sustainably on Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils—similar to those of Chablis and Sancerre—bringing natural lift and minerality to their wines. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly in tank and neutral oak, preserving purity and aromatic finesse.
