Waits-Mast’s 2021 Pinot Noir from Nash Mill Vineyard comes from a cool, southeast-facing site in Anderson Valley’s “Deep End.” Late-harvested fruit sees native yeast fermentation and whole-berry inclusion.

Aged 16 months in French oak (28% new), the wine shows bright red fruit, herbal nuance, and saline lift. Only ~86 cases made—a structured, age-worthy Pinot with coastal finesse.
