A new addition to the Rosenthal Jura portfolio, this little domaine is the work of 8 generations of Morins. Over the years, these farmer-vignerons managed to hold onto their most prized vineyard, La Touraize. With old-fashioned tools and techniques, and an eye towards minimalism (no added yeasts, sugars, SO2 until malolactic fermentation finishes), the wines are purely delicious.
