Jacques Carillon’s Puligny-Montrachet blends heritage and precision across 2.71 hectares of village vines averaging 40 years old. The domaine’s sustainable farming and traditional cellar work yield wines that reflect Puligny’s hallmark clarity and balance.

In 2023, the wine aged 12 months in barrel (20% new oak) followed by 6 months in stainless steel. It offers a poised expression of site—delicate richness carried by mineral structure and quiet depth.

The name of Carillon is now synonymous with the best of Puligny-Montrachet. Louis Carillon continued his family’s centuries long tradition of producing excellent wines that focus on the taut minerality of Chardonnay from this famous village. In 2010 the estate was split between the brothers Jacque and François.
