From the importer: This is Thomas Batardiere's calling card. A Chenin Blanc made from three parcels situated in Rablay from vines 15-90 years old. The vineyards are plateaus of red sand and quartz gravel on schist. As always non intervention winemaking, spontaneous fermentation, and the juice is left on the lees until summer. Unfined. Demeter certified since 2015. 22g total sulfur.
