Acios da Xesteiriña is a small, artisan project in Rías Baixas, founded by three friends farming a single-hectare plot on granodiorite soils near the Atlantic. Their 2023 “Xesteiriña” is 100 % Albariño, organically and biodynamically farmed, fermented spontaneously in stainless steel and older oak, then aged for nine months with minimal sulfur.

The result is a lively, ocean-salted Albariño—bright yellow with aromas of peach, melón, lemon zest, and a vibrant, saline-mineral finish that speaks of its unique coastal terroir.
