Ameztoi lies twenty minutes away from San Sebastian, that bastion of Basque food and culture. While the winery focuses on the native and unique varieties and styles, they are also renowned for their innovation. Made from the indigenous varieties Hondarribi Zuri and its red partner Hondarribi Beltza, both white and rosé wines are fermented in stainless steel and bottled with residual carbon dioxide to instill its signature spritz.
