Domaine du Fresche’s L’Alouette 2020 is a singular expression from a small estate in the northern Rhône, focusing on organic farming and precise vineyard work. This cuvée is sourced from granite-rich hillside vines, emphasizing site purity and age-worthy structure.

Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in older oak demi-muids, it’s aged on lees for 12 months. The result is an elegantly structured red with energizing lift and refined minerality.
