Château de Pez, one of Saint-Estèphe’s oldest estates, produces this second wine from younger vines and stricter selection. “2nd Pez” offers earlier drinking access to the château’s structured style.

The 2019 vintage was ripe and classically built. Merlot leads the blend, with Cabernet Sauvignon adding backbone. Aged in French oak, it shows the depth and grip typical of the appellation.
