Les Terres Blanches, the biodynamic domaine of Céline and Benoît Blet, produces “Les 3 Poiriers” from Chenin Blanc grown on iron-rich sandstone soils in Anjou. The 2022 vintage was hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and gently whole-cluster pressed by gravity.

Fermented and aged in neutral barrels without intervention, it shows ripe orchard fruit, bright acidity, and saline tension. A textured, mineral Chenin ideal with shellfish or goat cheese.
