The Hiedler's have been making their distinct and delicious wines in the Kamptal since 1856. For decades they've employed organic practices, without ever going for certification, but their dedication to a healthy ecosystem translates into gorgeous fruit every vintage. In the cellar they are unique in allowing the wines to go through malolactic fermentation (if they feel like it), giving more dimension, texture and flavor components to the wine.
