"A blend of 70% Chardonnay (from Oak Knoll) with 10% each Fernão Pires, Malvasia Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc, the 2019 Chorus Cuvee Blanc was fermented in stainless steel, then spent a bit of time in large oak ovals. Scents of mixed citrus, including grapefruit, predominate in this medium-bodied, crisp white. Refreshing and long on the finish, it's a nice summertime quaffer."

Inspired by Friuli, it shows elements of sea spray, oyster shell, apricot and dried herb, with a slaty, flinty persona.
