Elegant, mostly dry prosecco with an array of ripe orchard fruit and wild flowers.

The Bisol family have been running their estate in Valdobbiadene, Veneto since 1875. Still family operated, the winery puts vintages on all of their Prosecco's produced, tying the wine to the terroir. They have complete control all of production from vineyard to glass, creating a very high quality product.

"The 2021 Superiore di Cartizze is delicate in the glass, with nuances of chamomile and citrus-kissed yellow apple forming its bouquet. There's a pleasant inner sweetness up front that gives way to notes of candied lime carried across a silken wave of soothing bubbles. This leaves the palate completely refreshed as nuances of confectionary spice slowly fade. The 2021 leans toward the sweeter side, but the balance here is on point." -Vinous
