Fabrice Gasnier, a biodynamic leader in Chinon, crafts La Cravantine from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on sandy-clay soils near Cravant-les-Coteaux. Certified organic and Demeter, the estate has championed low-intervention methods since 2008.

The 2023 Millésime is a traditional-method brut rosé made by direct pressing, with second fermentation in bottle and over 12 months on lees. Bone-dry, bright, and mineral-driven.
