Praedium Ensamble de 7 is a Special Edition bottle. Maestro Mezcalero Moises Martinez, a 4th generation mezcalero, conbined 7 different agaves into 1 bottle. This took a lot of knowledge and experience.
Very little brands make an Ensamble of 7. So when you find one, specially this good, you pay good money for it.
Ceremonial Mezcal was mainly produced for special occasions only. For example, weddings, quinceañeras and funerals. Mezcaleros tried very hard to make a unique Mezcal and in very little amounts just for the occasion.
Age of plant: 7 - 18 years
Aromas of clean agave, herbal, and fruity. Notes of vigorous clay pot, floral, little bit of citrus, sweet herbal from the Karwinskii agave. All resulting in a perfect balance of strong and honeyed tones.
