High West’s Cask Collection Bourbon Finished in Chardonnay Barrels is a limited-edition release that blends straight bourbons aged 4–9 years, then finishes them in Chardonnay barrels for 11 months. This finishing process imparts unique wine-influenced flavors, creating a harmonious balance between bourbon richness and wine elegance.

The result is a 100-proof (50% ABV) bourbon with a complex profile. The nose offers vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, complemented by hints of ripe orchard fruits and white grapes.
