Thomas Puechavy’s Le Rayon Blanc 2021 is a natural white blend from the Languedoc, combining Grenache Blanc and Clairette grown on limestone and clay soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts, then aged briefly in neutral vessels.

Fresh and aromatic, it offers citrus, white flowers, and subtle herbal notes balanced by crisp acidity and mineral energy. A lively, pure expression of southern French terroir.
