A blend of 64% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc. Everything is fermented together whole cluster in neutral barrels and aged 9 months on the lees in barrel. This is a savory rosato style wine with flavors of blood orange, overripe strawberry, and crushed herbs.
