Clair et Obscur 2023 is a Loire rosé blending Cabernet Franc and Pineau d’Aunis from organically farmed vines near Rochefort-sur-Loire. The Franc is pressed directly; the D’Aunis sees short maceration before aging in old barrels. Native yeasts and minimal sulfur reflect a low-intervention approach.

Bottled in spring 2024, it’s a vivid, structured rosé with saline lift and gentle spice. A precise, expressive wine from young grower Mathilde Magne’s Terres d’Imaginaire project.
