What is this wine?
Bruno Giacosa is one of Piedmont’s most revered names, famed for legendary Barolo and Barbaresco, but he also produces outstanding wines from humbler appellations. His Nebbiolo d’Alba comes from vineyards straddling the Roero and Langhe hills, made entirely from Nebbiolo and vinified traditionally in stainless steel and large casks. The 2022 vintage was warm and generous, producing reds with ripe fruit, supple tannins, and immediate charm.
