Domaine de Cézin’s Jasnières Origine 2021 comes from south-facing chalk and flint soils in the Loire Valley’s top Chenin Blanc terroir. The Fresneau family farms sustainably, certified Terra Vitis and HVE.

Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in glass-lined tanks, then aged over two years on lees. A dry, structured Chenin with saline lift, minerality, and age-worthy tension.
