Domaine de la Renière, based in Puy-Notre-Dame, is revitalizing Saumur Cabernet Franc with precision and care. “Moulin Repenti” 2021 comes from old vines rooted in tuffeau chalk and clay-limestone soils, delivering depth and mineral finesse.

Fermented with native yeasts after short cold maceration, then aged in demi-muids and barrels for over a year. A savory, structured Loire red ideal with roast meats or earthy fare.
