Pas de Problème Pinot Noir 2023 is grown on sunlit clay-limestone slopes near Enserune in the Languedoc. Vines average 30 years and are sustainably farmed with low yields. Grapes are fully destemmed, cold-macerated, and fermented with native yeasts.

Aged in stainless steel for nine months, the wine is unfiltered and unfined. Light-bodied and juicy, it shows vibrant red fruit, soft tannins, and subtle herbal spice. A fresh, easy-drinking southern French Pinot.
