Petrussa’s 2020 Schioppettino di Prepotto comes from old vines planted in Friuli’s Colli Orientali, on calcareous and marl soils. The estate practices organic and biodynamic farming, with hand harvesting and native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and cement tanks.

This varietal Schioppettino shows bright red and black fruit, pepper spice, and floral aromas with fresh acidity and fine tannins. It’s a medium-bodied, elegant red with savory mineral notes and excellent food pairing potential.
