Medium garnet with violet tone.Raspberry and red cherry with mineral, smoked, balsamic and liquorice background. Only used 300 l. french oak for 3-4 moths to round tannins. Dry, fresh acidity, integrated alcohol, light body with smooth low tannins. A long length extremely complex style of Natural winemaking with only 2g/Hl of SO2 addition before bottling.
