"The 2020 Micalet is from an almost perfect harvest that delivered a vibrant wine with 12% alcohol and incredible parameters of freshness and acidity (pH 2.99 and 7.2 grams of acidity). It was bottled after 10 months in French oak barrels. There is less fruit and more texture here, and it's lower in alcohol and is a lot more austere and serious. There is depth and concentration with freshness and elegance. There's precision and acidity with a strong saline finish.
