Sourcing from the best vineyards across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset chalk-rich heartland (the same soils as champagne!), the winery focuses on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier to ensure a supply of only the finest quality grapes.
