"The 2023 Chablis Beauroy 1er Cru has a light reduction on the nose that is simpatico with the fruit. This is nicely focused and well defined. The palate is taut and fresh, with grapefruit and orange rind at the fore, but the finish feels a little monotone and needs more mineralité.
