40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay from Montagne de Reims (Ludes and Villedommange) and Vitry (Vavray le Grand). Organic (certification expected in 2025). Limited tilling, no herbicides, organic composts, and meticulous pruning, thinning and canopy management. Separate vinification of villages, varieties, parcels, 25%-40% reserve wine. Primary aging 92% in tanks and 8% in barrels, partial malolactic fermentation, aged for 3 years on the lees. This wine opens with a delightful nose of gently crushed mulberries and rounds out with wild strawberries, biscuits, and a long mineral finish.
