Limited tilling, no herbicides, organic composts, and meticulous pruning, thinning and canopy management. Separate vinification of villages, varieties, parcels, 25%-40% reserve wine. Primary aging 92% in tanks and 8% in barrles, partial malolactic fermentation, aged for 3 years on lattes.this wine opens w
