From the producer: Each of the Une Femme wines is made in partnership with women in the wine world who we love. "The Juliette" is handcrafted by the wife-and-husband team of Julie Médeville and Xavier of Gonet-Médeville Champagnes. This grower-producer Champagne is made from hand-harvested, organically grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil, Ambonnay & Bisseuil.

Une Femme is the love child of Jen Pelka, founder of The Riddler (the now-closed, all-female funded champagne bar in the West Village) and her love affair with Champagne. "The Juliette" is made by growers Julie Médeville and Xavier of Gonet-Médeville.

Une Femme Champagne The Juliette Premier Cru Brut NV (Staff Review)

Richly textured with apple pie and salted nuts, but with a delicate finish to balance the wine.
