A blend of the estates top two vineyards, Santa Fe and Balsina, this is 85% Nebbiolo and the rest is Vespolina. Aged for 4 years in 25 and 30hl botti before bottling and resting for an additional year prior to release. Classic notes of maraschino cherry, dried roses, spiced orange and earthy minerals.
