Named for the ten distinct Pinot Noir clones planted across Sea Smoke's estate, "Ten" is the winery's boldest expression—extravagantly rich, intriguingly exotic, and built for both immediate pleasure and medium-term cellaring. Cold-soaked for five days then fermented in open-top vessels with extended maceration, the wine displays Asian Five Spice, dark blueberries, rose petals, anise, and black cherries with firm tannins and a finish that seems never to end.
