From 150-year-old ungrafted vines in Tenerife's Valle de la Orotava, Atlante's Listan Negro captures the volcanic soul of the Canary Islands with minimal intervention and maximum expressiveness. The wine ferments spontaneously in shallow cement vessels with whole-cluster grapes trodden by foot, then ages 12 months in used French oak.
