Erben von Beulwitz’s 2006 Beerenauslese Goldkapsel comes from the steep, slate-rich Kaseler Nies’chen vineyard in the Ruwer Valley, home to some of the estate’s oldest ungrafted Riesling vines. The 375ml format captures a rare, botrytis-rich selection from an excellent vintage.

Harvested by hand in multiple passes, the wine was fermented and aged in traditional casks. Lusciously sweet with honeyed fruit, it retains Ruwer’s hallmark acidity and mineral clarity—ideal for aging.
