Daniel Erasmo Kelly Torres is a Mexican producer in Valle de Guadalupe, originally from Ensenada. Daniel has a degree in Gastronomy, and while working at a restaurant owned by a winery, he began his venture into winemaking. He has worked in wineries in Mexico, New Zealand, the United States, and Chile, and in 2018, he decided to start his own line of wines. Fractura Blanco 2021 marks the beginning of Daniel's journey as a minimal-intervention producer. His wines undergo spontaneous fermentation, are unfiltered, and contain no additives or added sulfites
