Made to embody the lighter-bodied styles from the Mediterranean, this Rosé is composed of Grenache, Tempranillo, and Pinot Noir. Whole cluster fruit is pressed and fermented to complete dryness in stainless steel over a period of 30 days. Notes of fresh strawberries and melon, slightly reminiscent of agua fresca.
